Still Being Charged After Deleting All API Keys – Where Are the Charges Coming From?

I’m hoping someone can help me understand what’s going on with my billing.

I recently deleted all API keys from my OpenAI account, but I’m still seeing recurring charges. Looking at my invoice history, I have multiple charges within just the past few days:

• 2067ACAD-0030 – $79.36 (Apr 2, 2026)
• 2067ACAD-0029 – $77.41 (Apr 1, 2026)
• 2067ACAD-0028 – $78.78 (Apr 1, 2026)
• 2067ACAD-0027 – $77.77 (Mar 31, 2026)

These charges are happening very frequently — sometimes multiple times per day — even though I have no active API keys. I’m confused about where the usage is coming from.

A few things I’m wondering:

  1. Is it possible that a deleted API key still has in-flight requests being billed?
  2. Could there be a third-party integration (e.g., a plugin, OAuth app, or organization member) still consuming API credits under my account?
  3. Is there a usage dashboard that shows which key or project generated each charge?
  4. Should I also disable billing entirely or set a $0 usage limit to stop further charges?

I’ve already deleted all keys but the charges haven’t stopped. Any guidance on next steps — or whether I need to contact OpenAI support directly — would be greatly appreciated.

This is ridiculous! I have deleted all my api keys a few days ago and delete any associated members, and your api keeps charging me!

If there are no API keys listed for the affected organization on the two pages linked below, then yes, I would remove my billing information and contact support through help.openai.com.
