I am now into my 7th day of not having access to my account, despite trying everything advised by support@openai.com and openai stating they escalated the issue 4 days ago and that I would be contacted by “specialist support” I have nothing. The account I am trying to access is analysisplus@outlook.com I have emailed numerous times I cannot post anything on discord I have posted on X but to no avail. I am a paying customer and I expect results. I have now lost £5k in revenue, and the likelihood of getting any of that back is at best 0 ZERO.
AI is a force for good but my message to Sam Altman is that you are nothing but a chrlatan
