Apologies in advance, I’m struggling to find the proper channels for this situation and saw that some support staff answer here. My debit card was used for a chatGPT subscription in March and my bank flagged it. I disputed it and got a new debit card. The same charge just went through on my new card so I’d like to figure out how it is happening. I did not even have an openAI account, I just started it now because it is the only way I can reach out to the company for help (which hasn’t been helpful… unsurprisingly, I’m just talking to bots who don’t understand the problem). Please if a human being at openAI sees this, help me!

Here in the developer forum we don’t handle account and billing problems but focus on the technical side of building with OpenAI.
Either way, what you are describing sounds like you should make sure that it’s not some shady software on your device that is responsible for the reappearing problem with your cards.
Because how else should anyone have known the new debit card details?
