Hello, guys. As you can see, there is nothing at the sidebar, and I can not change to gpt-4 and can not log out. 30 minutes ago, everything was fine, then I closed chat gpt, and now I open it like that. Also, I use another browser and still have the same problem.
Same here, for some reason i have lost all my custom GPTs and all my conversation history. Happens in Chrome, opera GX AND Edge.
Windows 10, PC, Desktop.
- Tried refreshing the page
- Tried Hard-Reload after Clearing Cache
- Tried Logging in and out
- Mobile App (android) still works (for now)
- Tested in Chrome, opera GX and Edge (Latest Versions)
I have the same problem here:
- Tried refreshing the page (several times)
- Tried Hard-Reload after Clearing Cache
- Tried Logging in and out
- Tested in Microsoft Edge, Opera, Firefox and Chrome
- Tested in three different PC with Windows 11 and different browsers.
- Mobile App works for me as well
- Mobile web browser has the same error.
This problem started as soon as I unchecked “Improve the model for everyone”.
Same problem:
I tried 3 different browsers( edge, Brave, Chrome), tried with incognito mode, log out and log in, clearing cookies, nothing worked.
I have also the same problem. I tried everything but I cannot even use ChatGPT
Hi everyone.
Same issue here: sidebar is full empty.
For me, after approximately two hours, the sidebar started showing again and everything seems working as it should at this moment.
It’s same for me: sidebar is full empty.
whats the fix???
This error can happen for different reasons, and the cause may vary for each person.
You may try some following steps to fix it:
- Check the OpenAI Status Page to see if there are any known issues.
- Use another computer and try different browsers to see if the error still happens.
- Try connecting through a different internet source, like a secure Wi-Fi network from a neighbor, workplace, or friend, or by using your phone’s personal hotspot.
- Log in with a different browser, go to Settings > Security, and choose “Log out all” to sign out from all devices.
- Clear your browser’s cookies and history.
- Turn off any browser extensions or plugins.
- Turn off any VPN, or check if your VPN connects through a country that isn’t supported.
- Make sure your country is listed here: supported-countries.
- Ensure your browser is updated to the latest version.
- Check your archive if you archived your all chats mistakenly: Settings > General > Archived Chats > Manage.
There could be a temporary issue or a new update from OpenAI, waiting a bit may help resolve it.
Me too. I don’t know what to do. It works still like regular on my mobile devices and I’ve been using chat there and copying the results into google drive doc, so that I can access my prompt responses for my working projects. All of this money we’re paying for this service each month SMH…they gotta get this right!
