Cannot see more than 4 chatGPT’s I pinned to my side bar I had about 10.
Any work arounds so I can see the rest I used @ and it worked any more work arounds.
Help fix.

Same here…I’ve tried everything. So many GPTs I spent tons of time finding, trying out, and pinning to my carefully curated sidebar that I now use daily–just gone. (And yes, we can find them through the @ drop drown, but I have ADHD. Sadly if list isn’t constantly in my sight like it was before, I will forget they exist entirely (object constancy issues–fun.)

Almost all of my custom and other users’ Chat assistants have disappeared from the sidebar! I can still access the custom GPTs I created, but the ones other users made are now gone. I had about 40. What happened?
UPDATE All my previous Chat Assistants from other users are still there on my OpenAI ChatGPT Mobile App (iPhone) and accessible. They’ve disappeared from my iMac online internet access page.

the ‘show more’ dropdown for the custom GPT’s has gone. Now i can only see 5 custom GPT’s and to get to my other GPT’s i have to hit explore then load more continually till i get to the one i want.
I’m guessing it is just me because i suspect i’d see more posts about this as it’s super annoying
Yup, experiencing the same issue. I had around 20-25 pinned gpts on my sidebar, but now it only shows about five. Not even my gpt is showing.
Same issue: only 4 GPTs are visible out of 15 or so that had pinned as I used them regularly.
The one I haven’t made myself but pinned is also gone.
I need to return to the GPT store each time to find them.
@OpenAI, please get this fixed soon.

Same issue for me. I had several models pinned to the side panel and now only 5 of them show for me… It is really frustrating that now I have to go and manually find each of the around 10-15 models I used regularly, in the “Explore GPT’s” page… Completely ruins the entire experience of using ChatGPT for me and now no longer is worth havign to spend all the time searching for each model every time I want to make a new chat several times a day.
Extremely frustrating. I have no idea why this would have been changed in the first place when every user has the option to simply choose to show or hide a model from the side panel, to control how many they wanted to be shown. Doesn’t make any sense to me and tbh, makes me no longer want to pay the price of $22/month for ChatGPT, when the whole point of it was to better my productivity and now unnecessary time has to be spent trying to remember the names of 10-20 different models, to then spend time having to search for them each individually every time I want to start a new chat with one of them.
REALLY hope this is changed back to the way it was before, cause this is a huge set back in the productivity benefits of regularly using ChatGPT.
Same for me!! Can’t access or see my GPT only 4 + 1 (the main GPT)
I have the same problem in the desktop version of the browser. If I switch to my Android app, it still shows them… I don’t know for how long. It’s really frustrating.

Same here, on Windows browsers (various ones) and Windows desktop app all but 4 pinned GPTs are gone. I have tried clearing caches and other fixes shared online - nothing helped. On mobile app they are still there. Really troublesome.
I’m experiencing the same issue: I can’t see more than four GPTs in the sidebar. When I search for a GPT that was already pinned, it suggests I unpin it instead of allowing me to pin it again.

Same here.
The only way to access the GPTs not showing is to type @ at the begining of a question. But it is not a solution, cause you will need to do that for each prompt

Same here. Paid team account. Several custom GPT’s pinned. Pinning only works for the first 4 (which I can’t choose or determine why they are at the top — it’s not most frequent use). Appears to be a re-occurring issue. Not great for those of us who share GPT’s ( and yes… I know you can get this information from another screen — just not convenient and 3 more clicks than I need to if Pinned GPTs would work again).

I’m having this issue too.
Do you all have Teams accounts? I am wondering if that is the common thread and why this isn’t a widespread problem.
The issue started on the same day I got a message about merging my personal and Teams profile. I suspect that is related and that update introduced the bug.
The GPT’s are still able to be expanded in the iPhone app.
Same with my gpt’s gone. How do we get the gpt’s back listed on the sidebar?
Seems all GPT’s are still saved, it’s just only 4 is showing. It’s likely just the “load more” link that’s missing at the moment. You could open the 4 GPT’s and save the URL’s > delete them from the sidebar, and 4 new will show. At least then you’ll have all the URL’s stored…
