Today I checked my sidebar where are my GPTs and the GPTs I subscribe, and I only see two of each, I don´t see all the others. With mine is no issues, I know where to look. But with others, how can I change that? And OpenAI doesn´t have any kind of support so I´m lost here. Any ideas?

Hey, could you try clarifying more? You said that you can’t do it, then you said you can because you know where to look, but with “others,” you don’t know where to look?
Hello. I know where to find my own GPTs. But the ones that are made by others, there is no way to know which ones they were so I don´t know how to use them again (unless I search in the chats history for one and activate it again). I can only see two GPTs from other people. Here, let me show you an image of what I see:

If you are looking to find more GPTs click the “Explore GPTs” button, where you will be able to see all of the GPTs.

I tried via the chatbot and I only got reply empty the cache and after that crickets

This is a BS answer. I used to be able to access all my GPTs, mine and others, on the side bar, now I can only see two, then there is some type of break, and then two more. I have to go to Explore GPTs, the click My GPTs, and then I can see mine, but not the ones I subscribed too. The side bar still works on the app on my phone. Someone changed a function and the bar that is likely supposed to be a scroll bar, doesn’t work. Please fix this asap.

Okay, after learning more about the situation I have to conclude that its an issue on OpenAI’s side. These are not the ones you are “subscribed” to being removed but the ones that you have pinned.

Thank you. Yes, I say it the wrong way, the ones I have pinned. Let´s hope they fix it soon, it´s annoying not to be able to use the easily. Thank you again.

Typing “@” in the ChatGPT dialog box will display the most recent GPTs used (not pinned) and the pinned GPTs. You just have to click on the one you want to use

Sorry to say but it didn’t work, it just opens a new gpt creation. Thanks anyway.
I have the same issue with all my pinned custom GPTs now only showing two of them on the sidebar, it seems like the pinned custom GPTs are still kept but only " displaying " two of them, I tried to unpin one of the custom GPTs, then the one below it now appears. Also, the sidebar still works on the phone app

Apologies if my previous explanation wasn’t clear enough. I’ve taken a screenshot to help clarify things :). Currently, on mobile devices, all GPTs can be found in the left sidebar. On a computer, the sidebar only displays the three most recently used GPTs, but if you type " @ " as indicated in the screenshot, you’ll gain access to all your pinned GPTs.
And personally, I find this new way of accessing GPTs more convenient because it frees up space in the sidebar for conversations.

Same thing happening here on my side. I cleared cache but that is not the problem as the sidebar seems to not scroll anymore. Even if you pin a GPT as soon as you refresh the page it dissapears completely and you have to keep repeating the process. Hopefully it is fixed soon - Do we even know if OpenAI knows that this is a problem?

Same problem over here. Basically almost all of my sidebar pinned GPTs are gone, even two of my own GPTs also disappeared. I attempted to repin some of them and refreshed the page, only to find they had disappeared again. Hopefully there are fixes soon, cause this feature is important.

Exactly the same issue here!
All my pinned GPTs are gone. This is so annoying. I spent lots of time finding those GPTs that suit me and save them.
Please identify this bug and implement a fix
