Session Expired when try to Verify Organization

When I try to verify my organization by clicking “Verify Organization“ button, I’m redirected to a page in withpersona.com that says:
Session expired
Please restart this process or request a new link to continue

Previously, I was able to successfully verify my ID and my face and even get the message of “success verified” in the mobile , but after that, the process stopped.

Any idea how I can regenerate the link or talk to a human support person to fix it? The bot is useless. @OpenAI_Support

How long ago was this? Also, did you use the same ID that was used for successful verification earlier?

Yes, the same ID.
I reported it as a bug because also the refresh button was generating the same link again and again, so no refreshing the link at all. The bot said that someone else will review it.

Today suddenly, the button is gone and I have the Organization Verified sign.
