Basically you use knowledge set instructions to use an index and set it up with individual documents for each of your domains . It is an electronic filing cabinet , the hard part is setting the index logic and the instructions to read them…
It is read only though. If you go hybrid and use actions to link to API that will work too but costs $.
It depends on how static your data is. A person can manually update it too with document updates.
If you have a web based application for your system you can also use GPT / API as its interface. Just update the web site to change its data.
And set instructions on how you want it to organize it and present it.
