I Want Custom AI Solutions but Can't Find Dev Agencies Using The Latest Tools?

I run an enterprise business, and I want to hire a dev agency that uses OpenAI’s Dev Tools (assistants API, Realtime, Etc.) but I can’t find these agencies.

It seems that every major company AI related or not, has slapped the words “AI Solutions” into their SEO in the past 2 years which has created a seemingly insurmountable wall between the dev agencies offering next gen ai solutions using the tools provided by openAI, and enterprises like mine.

Any ideas on where to look to find these agencies? Do they just not exist yet? no way.
