I mean that’s just an example of how people abuse this system. It doesn’t have to do with sadness it has to do with political misuse.

Yes, I agree. There is much concern right now and I feel terrible for the people suffering. I was definitely too harsh about concerned citizens in particular to be “ruining” it.

You should describe hands. If you say only “cry” or “tear” DALL-E generally will bring to you eyes that covered with hands. Also use word “vet” is better instead doctor.
