I recently downgraded from a paid Teams plan to a personal account.
I can no longer access billing from the paid Teams plan, and invoices were never mailed to me.
How can I retrieve these past invoices/billing records? Invoices would have been issued in January/February 2024.
I asked the support chat which directed me to email support@openai.com
The automatic reply from support@openai.com directed me to use the Chat support function.
