No access to invoices after downgrade to standard account

Hello,
I used to have a plus account. After I went back to the standard account, I no longer have access to my bills on the plus account. However, I still need the invoice from June for my employer. How can I access it?

If you can’t access it directly, then the best route to take is to reach out to OpenAI support here: https://help.openai.com/en/

Choose ‘Payments and Billing’ as an option and then select twice the option ‘Other’. This will provide you with an opportunity to write an actual chat message detailing the issue and to log it with support for further review and action.
