The My Plan link used to be available to get to Invoices, but has disappeared. OpenAI, please bring it back or provide a way to get to them.
Oh, I found a way by going to Upgrade Plan, then in very small print/link at bottom it says “Manage My Subscription”.
Can’t find my invoices, in my settings (on the web) the two buttons “Manage” in front of “ChatGPT Plus” and “Payment” lead to nowhere for that.
How can I find my monthly invoices?

Go to:
→ Settings → Subscription → Payment Manage
1 - Click on Manage
2- Click on the date you want to download
3- Download your invoice or receipt

The entire subscription entry in settings has disappeared from my settings modal (we reverted from Paid to free a few weeks ago)
I have the same issue, I cant find previous invoices if I am not a subscriber anymore. please anyone else could share the link to see all the invoices

Yes, it’s a shame! Luckily I found an email from “noreply@tm.openai.com” with a renewal link which brought me directly to the old invoices.

Here in August 2025 and had the same issue. Found I was logged into my work account, but not the account I used to setup the organization. Once logged in with the proper account I found the invoices/receipts by clicking on the user profile icon on the bottom-left of the chat interface > Workspace Settings > Billing, then choosing ‘Invoices’ at the top of the right-hand pane. The ‘Invoices’ tab doesn’t appear unless you’re logged into the account that set it all up. I confirmed this works by just following this link - chatgpt dot com/admin/billing?tab=invoices

Hi, I changed my billing details since July (added a VAT number for my company) and since then the bills are not showing anymore. I’d need those bills for August and September to add into my accounting system, but impossible to get them. Money were taken from the card and subscription is ongoing, so I don’t understand what’s happening.

Account related issues, like invoices, should be directed primarily at help.openai.com and additionally you can post this question to the OpenAI Discord server.
The reason is that the ChatGPT team is not monitoring the developer community forum.
I hope this helps and that your invoice issues will be resolved ASAP.
