I understand that this forum might not be the intended place for billing-related feedback, but since it has proven difficult to reach the support team directly, I’m using this platform to share my request. I hope it can still reach the relevant team.
As a paying OpenAI customer, I’ve found the current invoice management process to be cumbersome. Downloading invoices individually through the dashboard is time-intensive, especially for those managing multiple transactions.
I’ve attempted to contact support directly for assistance or to share this feedback, but I’ve only been met with chatbot responses and generic help articles, leaving me unsure how to escalate this issue.
Could you consider implementing:
- Automated Invoice Email Delivery: An option to receive invoices automatically via email upon issuance. I know that Stripe, as your payment processor, does offer email notifications for invoices and sending out invoices, as I’ve seen this feature in use with other companies.
- Bulk Invoice Download: A functionality to select and download multiple invoices simultaneously.
