I signed up for a pro subscription, but it didn’t match my expectations for a service with that price tag. I shifted back. After one day of intensive testing I changed my subscription back to the plus plan, and want to request a refund according to EU 14 day refund policy. I tried to follow the steps described in documentation using support flow. But it has been changed and now looks nothing like the description: there is no billing option to choose and no obvious way to request a refund. Can anyone from OpenAI please help?

But it seem like it did not work from your site as it has been changed and ‘there is no billing option to choose and no obvious way to request a refund.’

They say “you’re eligible”, if you have following conditions. On help page, OpenAI promises to refund it:
If you live in the EU, UK, or Turkey, you’re eligible for a refund if you cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase.
They have to refund it.
1 - Go to ChatGPT and log in with the account you want to request a refund for.
2- Go to Help Center and select the Chat widget icon.
3- Click on Messages
4- Click on Ask a question
5- Click on Payments and Billing
6- Click on Request a refund
And continue providing your info…

Found out it was because i tried from support in chat and not from https://platform.openai.com/
