I signed up a few hours ago, GPT4 is not working the way we expected it to, I want to request a refund.
Yes I have tried the Chat widget, NO it does not work.
How do we get in touch with support to fix this?

subscription start date
any extra relevant information
Contact us via our chat widget in the bottom right of your screen, select “Billing” and select “Other → Just subscribed to ChatGPT Plus and would like a refund”. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it and get back to you within 5-7 business days.

I have looked for this and all these suggestions do not work. The chat widget does NOT include any of the options listed.
Yes, thank you I can read a support page, problem is none of this is actually working.
Make sure you are logged in to your account, otherwise the relevant options won’t display.

If you cannot see the help widget at the lower right of the help site, it may not appear because of browser abilities, or be interfered with by extensions.
You can log into platform.openai.com, then press help there, and the help widget should appear, with the option for “messages”.
I’ve been trying to get a refund also. I wrote a request in the refund section two weeks ago and then again a week ago and still no response.
I signed up for the plus account and then the very next day signed up for enterprise. I would like a refund of the plus account and to be sure I will not be double billed. As well my partner who joined the enterprise account with me needs a refund of this plus account. He paid for an entire year and he needs to figure out how to merge the two accounts so he still has access to his previous queries.
