I signed up a few hours ago, GPT4 is not working the way we expected it to, I want to request a refund.
Yes I have tried the Chat widget, NO it does not work.
How do we get in touch with support to fix this?

subscription start date
any extra relevant information
Contact us via our chat widget in the bottom right of your screen, select âBillingâ and select âOther â Just subscribed to ChatGPT Plus and would like a refundâ. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it and get back to you within 5-7 business days.

I have looked for this and all these suggestions do not work. The chat widget does NOT include any of the options listed.
Yes, thank you I can read a support page, problem is none of this is actually working.
Make sure you are logged in to your account, otherwise the relevant options wonât display.
