I’m receiving an error stating you exceeded your current quota please check your plan and billing details. Nothing seems out of the ordinary other that I can no longer see my “secret key” as I was able to before
What happens when you check your plan and billing details? Do you have a balance of credit remaining from your required prepayment still? Do you have unusual usage consuming it?
A leaked API key that is detected would be cause it to be deleted from a project by OpenAI for safety, and also a reason for having no balance left to spend.
We have not been recharged the past couple of days. I see some usage but not the normal consumption.
when I look under my profile I still see the api keys, but not when I click on API key. it show just to create one. Billing is set to auto fill once it hits $30 then goes back up to $50. I still show having available credit. Would I receive any notification from Open AI if the key was compromised?
Auto-recharge (or auto-max-your-card when the payment system goes wrong) has not been working, there’s another topic about that.

In the usage page, click for “entire organization”, and look at the individual credits and remaining balance on the right.
You might be confusing how projects and the keys within them work, vs legacy user keys for an organization.
