I have used just over $1 and have a $3,000/monthly limit because we have been using so long.
You may have been switched to a prepaid billing plan in the interim since your last use, like most.
In that case, you must fund your account ahead of time instead of getting a monthly bill.
If you click here and check “credit balance” I suspect it is not a positive dollar amount…

Thank you for the response! It turns out that someone on my team had turned off the API key I was using. I swapped it out with a new key, and voila.
