So I just got a message when using my chatbot on my website (using 4 mini) that I exceeded my rate limit. It is just me working on the website, maybe sending a few requests a day to it. I don’t know why this would be, and I have credits in my account. Any idea why? It just happens this morning.

I don’t know actually why that’s happening… but when I searched for a way to solve the problem, I read a post that someone solved it by adding 5$ to credit balance!(I haven’t tried yet though)

Thanks for the reassurance. I am honestly so hesitant to add money with the earlier bug this morning, and I can’t even add a card. Maybe time to switch to Gemini

I’ve been also considering switching to other AI services. I think Open AI has too many problems like expiring prepaid balances without any notifications and constant bugs… I don’t understand the way they manage their AI services. How could they just let this much critical problem happen without any noticication??
