Problems with upgrading account from Tier 1 to Tier 2 for API integrations

Hey guys, I’ve past the 50 dollar, and 2 week mark for the automatic upgrade from Tier 1 to 2 of my account

I’m still stuck here in Tier 1. I’ve tried to contact customer support, messaging them everyday about this bug but no one has been replying to me.

Have you guys experienced this? And how did you solve it?

Hm, strange. I’ve taken a peek at your account and see that you’re on tier 2. What do you see at the top of https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/limits? Also, our support team should’ve responded… sorry about that. Where did you ask? The best way’s https://help.openai.com/en/articles/6614161-how-can-i-contact-support.
