Hello, I added $100 in credit to my API account about 10 hours ago but still have not been upgraded from the free tier to tier 1. Some people advised me to add another $5 to have my tier reevaluated, but there is no more room to do that because there seems to be a balance cap at $100. How do I get upgraded to tier 1?
