Hello, I have added $100 to my account balance more than 2 weeks ago but I’m still stuck on the tier 1.
Also, I can’t add credits to my balance. I get the following error below the “Amount to add” input: “Enter an amount between $2 and $1,” even though I’ve tried with $1, $2, $1.5, or other amounts. Nothing works.
The only thing that might work is to spend your account balance down by $5.00, then you’d be able to make the additional payment that actually makes a recalculation when the initial one doesn’t meet the time limits.
or send a help message in the platform site specifically asking for the tier upgrade because of the qualitying payment and elapsed time.
