Pro Account Suddenly Deactivated

My account was deactivated only a few days after I paid for the Pro 5x plan.

I was suddenly logged out, and when I tried to sign in again, I received an account deactivated message. I did not receive any warning, explanation, or email notification before the deactivation.

I have already submitted an appeal through the Help Center.
