We are a paying CHATGPT Teams customer and as of recent our subscription is gone. Our account logins work but there is no reference to our subscription nor do our accounts have a subscription. ChatGPT is asking us to upgrade our plan to Teams again. There are also no methods to contact a human being and the chatbots for support are unable to provide any directive to the matter. With no one in support to review and correct the problem I suggest a class action lawsuit regarding the matter or possibly a human can interact and provide guidance on next steps.
