We’re a small leading freight forwarding company based in the Caribbean. We’re excited to further develop AI capabilities to enhance our services and customer interactions. We are looking for a talented AI Developer to help us do that.
The first project is to create a system that embodies our business approach and can effectively manage basic customer inquiries via email. We aim to expand this solution to chat and voice interactions, truly transforming the way we connect with our clients. Your expertise will guide this from concept to implementation, ensuring it integrates smoothly with our existing systems and enhances our customer support operations.
There will be plenty of further projects too
Technical Skills Expected
- Strong grasp of Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning techniques, and Retriever-Augmented Generation (RAG) and tools like Langchain or Langsmith.
- Experience with Python and JavaScript.
- Proficiency with OpenAI APIs
- Proficiency with no code tools like N8N and Bubble.io a plus but not necessary.
- Ability to lead projects independently and collaborate effectively with a small team.
- Ready to have active hours mostly in US East Coast timezone.
Our hope would be to find someone that would like to join us on a full time position. We’re a small company and can offer a starting monthly salary of $2500 - 3000.
