Portal issue: I get logged in with the wrong Microsoft account every time

I wasn’t sure where else to post this but the login for the portal is broken and I’m not able to access my account. The issue is I click “connect with a Microsoft Account” and no matter how many times I log out and flush my browser settings I get logged into the wrong Microsoft account. I have like 5 different Microsoft accounts. You should be showing the account picker screen but you’re not.

Here’s a workaround, you can go to office.com, and sign-out of the incorrect/all microsoft accounts. Close all browser tabs and windows and then log into the correct one after reopening the browser.

I have faced this issue multiple times, hence I use a separate browser for accessing platform.openai.com.

Yeah I was going to try using edge today

I have this too.
For me, it splits into 2 problems:

  1. Once logged in, it’s not clear how you logged in, you can see the e-mail address, but can’t see if you used microsoft, google or an openai password.
  2. Some ‘conspiracy’ between ms authentication and openai’s use of it means don’t get prompted to choose which account to use.

As with @sps, I’ve resorted to using a separate browser profile which is only aware of one microsoft account.
