The command cannot be executed, it is been a four days i can’t use search tool and canvas tool. When i ask GPT to search the internet it also can’t execute my command and say it have no ability to search internet. You can see from picture below.

Thank you Eric, but i have opened every tool in setting, and it still can’t use. I also open ChatGPT website in differrent countries ip and in different browser, but it also can’t excute. I ask my classmates they also met this kind of issue.
Is the ChatGPT associated with the school? There are ChatGPT edu accounts which have restrictions and delayed rollouts of updates.

If this is a school account then you will need to find the account admin at the school to get further details as they may have disabled both.

I have the same problem, I cannot use the canvas, search, and image. i’m the plus user. And chatgpt became less and less useful, often making very stupid mistakes.

Yes i have soled it. This is an IP problem, if you are using vpn and openai detected that your IP is poor, then it will ban some feature.
