Plus subscription not available even though i paid

Hello, i have paid for the plus subscription but i cant use the plus benefit .It is like i am a free user? why?

I changed my card but in the subscription section the pay I did is there . it’s the second month in a row that I use plus subscriptions. Also the helping centre is not responding I sent them a message at Thursday
