My account was paid, however, it still shows that I have a FREE Plan, when I should have the upgraded plan.
Do you mind sharing some details on this?
Sometimes it can take a couple of days to go through when purchasing a paid plan 
I changed credit cards a couple of days ago and the charge went through. However, I’m still showing I’m on the free plan
