Payed but didn't upgrade to Plus

Hello everyone, some days ago I have renewed my Plus subscription upon paying, it failed the transaction however I checked with my bank and stripe and I actually paid for it. So till now, no money, no subscription, no response from support tickets. I have seen that this is a known issue for 3 weeks now, they know that there are paying customers that are not getting what they are paying for, is the Microsoft money not enough? Will my payment be refunded, is the 30 days started and will I lose them if I get the subscription back or it will simply start with 30 days?
