Does anyone know the payment strategy between ChatGPT Plus subscriber and Plugin membership.

Take ScholarAI plugins for example, If I paid $20 for subscribing Plus account, should I pay extra $8.99 to get ScholarAI Premium account usage shown below? Or I ask the quesiton in another way: For chatGPT plus subscribers, which ScholarAI account usage capacity be used fo free ? If it’s free, what’s the usage capacity limitation?
