Getting billed monthly for no reason

Some months ago I signed up for a subscribtion plan for 20$.
I used it for a few days and then canceled it.
Looking at my credit records today I seen that I have been charged (and keep getting charged) each month, even though I canceled the plan.

When I tried reaching openAI support I came across a chatbot that wasn’t able to help me.

I want my monthly billing to stop but I am not able to. When Im logged into my account (in different mail) it shows me that I got the regular (free) plan, and I don’t have the option to cancel my subscription, only to upgrade it.

tl;dr - Im getting billed monthly for no reason. I am asking to stop getting billed.

Did you cancel here?

  • Log into ChatGPT
  • Click View Plans at the bottom of the left sidebar
  • Select Manage my subscription
  • Select Cancel Plan on the checkout page

Had you signed up with two emails maybe?

so it seems like im not subscribed. But I am getting billed.

I have several emails but I went through all of them and none of them have any active subscribtion.
