I sent a Codex prompt in vscode before bed. I woke up to 100% weekly usage gone. $20 in usage credits gone had to login with another user profile on my business account and it used 96% of weekly to finish the prompt… wtf is going on with these usage limits?

The forum team doesn’t have visibility into usage limits or org-level settings, so the best path is to reach out to support@openai.com so the team can investigate directly.
When you email them, include:
- Request ID
- Timestamp of the request
That should give the support team enough context to trace the request and check what’s happening on the backend.
