Unfortunately I got an email today from the same address that confirmed they were escalating the problem, to check if the problem was resolved and that they want to close the ticket . Maintaining contact with OpenAI is the perfect example why Artificial Intelligence is helpful but still has a very long way to go when problems are a bit more difficult. If anyone here has a phonenumber from OpenAI or an email address of a real person at OpenAI that would be helpful?
Also I still have hopes that this was an automated response and the issue is actually being investigated by the techteam at OpenAI
