I’ve tried several times over the last few days and I haven’t received any email. I understand the export is pretty big so I don’t mind waiting but with no timeframe given and it being several days since I first tried, I’m going to assume there’s something wrong.
I’ll pin this topic for a few hours to see if others will try to confirm if they can/cannot receive the email. Might just be an email server down somewhere and just needs a reboot.
I have successfully exported chat data several times before. Only in the last 3 days, the function is abnormal, I have tried in different time periods. Each time, the message “Export successful” was displayed, but I never received an email with a download link
