I’m unable to log in to the ChatGPT mobile app and keep encountering the following error:
“Something went wrong. Please make sure your device’s date and time are set properly. Check that your internet connection is stable, then restart the app and try again. (code: 9fb514fa-d471-4e43-96a6-1beb40cad77e, service -19)”
Steps I’ve already taken
- Confirmed my device’s date/time are correct and set to automatic.
- Verified my Wi-Fi connection is stable
- Restarted the app and device multiple times.
- Tried switching to mobile data (no VPN/proxy enabled).
- Reinstalled the app and ensured it’s updated to the latest version.
Could you investigate the error code 9fb514fa... and service “-19”? This issue persists despite troubleshooting, and I’m unable to access my account.
