Login issue with chatgpt android app

I am facing a login issue saying that, "check your Internet connection and date and time, restart the app and try again. There is a code saying d8c3c995-57e2-4183-aa82-66cc36daef93-other
My device is a Sony Xperia m4 aqua running Android 6.0.1. App was downloaded from play store. Date and time is set to set automatically in device settings, restarted device but didn’t fix. But used my account previously on my mom’s latest device. As a student, I have permission to use older device and I need chatgpt for studies.
