I am writing to report an issue I’m encountering while using ChatGPT. I’m receiving an error message that says “Something went wrong. Please make sure your device’s date and time are set properly. Check that your internet connection is stable, then restart the app and try again.”
I’ve already tried the following troubleshooting steps:
- Verified that my device’s date and time are set correctly.
- Confirmed that I have a stable internet connection.
- Restarted the ChatGPT app (or refreshed the webpage if using the web version).
Unfortunately, the issue persists. I’ve included the error code (2c6319d1-a24f-4395-b694-64c3883d3e10) and service code (89cbeef8fb4e40cf-BOM) for your reference.
Please advise on how to resolve this issue.
