I can’t upload any PDF files anymore. Images yes, but no doc files of any type. Tried all that was suggested in help section. Wrote to support but don’t quite understand the answer I received. If I reached a limit, when will it be reset? I simply use ChatGPT 4o in the app (subscription $20/month). Files are around 300, 400 KB. As I said, all that help section says is ok on my end. Used it without trouble before and now for 2 days it just won’t work. I deleted all previous chats and don’t know what else to do. The error that pops up has the number ‘5’.
