Paypal will likely never be an accepted form of payment as advanced AI is subject to strict export restrictions. Credit card payments make following the regulations around AI access easier. It’s unlikely they will go out of their way to recreate all of the infrastructure around KYC just so they can accept PayPal.

Probably not for regulatory reasons as stated here. As long as you keep your API keys private, there shouldn’t be any issues.
