Hello everyone,
I hope you’re all doing well! I’ve been digging through the forum for a while, trying to find an answer to a question that I believe might be common, but I haven’t had much luck so far. It’s about card payments being the only payment option.
Background:
I’m here representing a medium-sized SaaS company, and we’re eager to adopt the API more. I’ve been evaluating the licensing options, and it seems like the Enterprise license is aimed at larger organizations than ours, which makes it not the ideal fit for us at the moment. Therefore I imagine the API.
One of our main challenges is related to payment processing. Our company, like many in our region, primarily deals with supplier payments through invoices rather than credit card transactions. I understand the need of a secure payment system, especially to prevent misuse and not use tokens without paying. However, the reliance on credit card payments is somewhat out of step with our standard financial operations.
This leads me to wonder if we’re overlooking alternative payment options that might be more aligned with our business practices. Is credit card payment truly the only method available for medium-sized companies like ours looking to use the API more intensively? I’m keen to learn if there are other arrangements we haven’t discovered yet, as I’m sure we’re not the only ones in this boat.
Thank you in advance for any insights!
I’m really impressed with the service so far and are looking forward to integrating it more deeply into our work.
