Dear OpenAI Customer Service,
I am writing to express my concern regarding issues with my API keys not working. Despite paying my monthly subscription through the ChatGPT-4o page, there is no record of my payment when I visit the API side to get a project. This situation is troubling because if OpenAI has no record of my payment, I am left wondering where my money is going.
On the ChatGPT billing side, it clearly states that I have renewed my subscription, but every time I generate an API key, it fails due to non-payment. I have been trying for months to reach a human at OpenAI, only to end up navigating through unhelpful help articles.
Given that I am paying for a “PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP,” I believe I deserve a credit on my bill for all the months I have paid but have only been able to use a fraction of the services offered. Can someone please explain why one side of OpenAI is unaware that the other side is collecting payments but not reporting them correctly?
I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved promptly, and I could receive the services I am paying for.
