Charged for Plus Subscription Since June, No Access or Ability to Cancel

I’ve been paying for ChatGPT Plus since June 2024, but my account only shows the free plan. Despite being charged monthly, I don’t have access to the paid features, and I’m unable to cancel the subscription because my account doesn’t recognize the Plus plan.

I’ve contacted OpenAI support multiple times, but I haven’t received any response.

I need help to:
1. Fix my account so it reflects the paid subscription.
2. Cancel the subscription if the issue cannot be resolved.
3. Issue a refund for the months I’ve been charged without access.
