Help, please. I have been getting this message since yesterday: “Our systems have detected unusual activity from your system. Please try again later.” I followed all the troubleshooting suggestions I could find.

I have cleared my cache. Deleted cookies. Disabled extensions. I am on Chrome. I also updated Chrome. I am getting this error message after every chat. I can’t even use an old chat. I have been using 3.5 for months with no issues. Recently upgraded to 4.

I searched their site for help- and reached out via chat and email.

Curious if anyone has been able to fix this issue.

This is a common occurrence for me, however it automatically resolves for my case; if it has not resolved since yesterday, OpenAI staff can help you better.

I have been having the same issue and tried to resolve it the same ways. Nothing has improved in the past 72 hours.

This started happening to me this morning on my MacBook after I upgraded to ChatGPT plus. Happens on Chrome and Safari. I tried all the recommended fixes. Also happens on browser of my iPhone, but works ok using the App (same home network). How do I fix this, or will it eventually clear?

I don’t know what happened but it started working today. Crossing my fingers that it continues to do so!

I don’t know what happened but it started working today. I made sure to disable all my extensions. Deleted my cookies again for Chatgpt. It’s working now- hoping it stays that way!
