Organization verification link always expires — paying user blocked for days

Hi,
I’ve been trying to verify my organization for several days now, and the verification link always expires or shows a “Session expired” message immediately.

I’ve already:

  • Tried different browsers and devices,

  • Cleared cache, disabled extensions,

  • Added a new member to regenerate a new link (didn’t work),

  • Confirmed I’m not using VPN or anything blocking sessions.

I’m a paying ChatGPT Plus user, and this issue is blocking my access to protected models.
I already opened a support ticket, and my case has been escalated to a support specialist — but I wanted to flag it here as well, since this seems to be a recurring issue for many users.

Any help from the team or confirmation that this is being actively fixed would be much appreciated :folded_hands:

I’m facing similar problem where verification is failing somehow even after providing all required information. Not able to use protected model like SORA. Please help if there is any manual way here!
