OpenAI credit balance suddenly does not update after charging credit card successfully

I tried to add about $6 credits to my openai account. As you can see, OpenAI charge me double time.

But then, my account’s credit balance was not updated at all. When I added credit at the previous month, this did not happen.

Is there any issue happening with the payment of OpenAI right now?
