Alright, I try to submit feedback to OpenAI through their chatbot at https://help.openai.com/en/collections/3742473-chatgpt.
However, it simply closes the conversation every time. I’m not able to provide additional information that it asks for because it just ends this. The thumbs down thing is clearly useless. I’ve tried emailing the chatbot back as well, I never hear back. These guys seem determined to avoid doing customer support.
