Where to file bug? I can’t seem to find a place to ‘contact us’’ as it claims.
Is there any way we can get some kind of notification about these errors on the status.openai.com page? I thought I had figured out why runs were failing but am getting the same as OP above.
Even if it’s yellow or orange, just something to keep customers from canceling. It makes a huge difference for those of us using your APIs to let our customers know that it’s not entirely our fault.
There’s something weird with the Intercom/Fin support help bot and OpenAI’s implementation. Sometimes you can’t even submit issues - I have to keep refreshing the page to see my response - and yes, this doesn’t happen with other apps (I use Intercom as well on one of my apps and it shows up just fine).
In fact, the customers on the other app are using Intercom at this very moment to file complaints about the app not working now!
