OpenAI can't afford customer service agents?

I paid for ChatGPT Plus but have yet to receive premium service despite several attempts to contact the company with no response. It’s been five days since I made the payment, and I’m still being kicked out of ChatGPT like a non-paying user. It’s disheartening that a company worth 30 billion dollars cannot provide a dedicated customer service department that can handle issues promptly.

I’m starting to feel frustrated and skeptical about the quality of service I can expect from this company. At what point should I assume that this company is just a disaster and move on?
