I have the api that have hug latency and the jobs are been batch queued and we are billed for that and the auto recharge doesn’t works meaning it will take all your money by batch queueing jobs in chatgpt4-o-mini and once the credit is taken they abort the job therefore you loose all your data , I have contacted support no ACTION FROM they side for more then 6 days , you can find attched my converstion I am really thinking switching to another provided as you are litterally stilling money from us
Just for clarification, you are trying to get batch queueing to work and it is cancelling your batch but you are still getting charged?

I have unexpected cost look I am paying for cached data but that represent half the cost of my jobs , also my jobs are interrompted because the auto recharge doesnt work meaning I spend around 30 dollar then the account doesnt recharge the Api cut the job and I loose all the data even I have the autorecharge enable I lost around 150 dollar like last month and this is the same
I contact support no response from athe guys is litterally seing my message and responding I really start thinking moving to another provider s this unacceptable for someone how spend 500 dollar per month
